2. Permitted Use & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to establish an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to automate queries, scrape questions, or attempt denial of service against the platform.
• Accounts engaging in abusive behavior or scraping may be suspended without prior notice.

3. Educational Content & Intellectual Property

All software code, custom exam simulators, proprietary explanations, and UI design are the intellectual property of AICertsExam. Practice questions are original works created for educational purposes. Cloud provider trademarks (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, CompTIA) are properties of their respective owners.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Platform may display third-party advertisements served by networks such as Google AdSense. AICertsExam is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party advertisements or external websites linked therefrom.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AICertsExam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall AICertsExam or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or certification test results.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
